During the current economic downturn our families and small businesses cannot afford increased insurance rates. Seth will fight diligently to do all he can to keep our rates low and will work with providers and policy makers to ensure that consumers are protected.

Investigate Fraud

As your next Insurance Commissioner, Seth will be the enemy of fraud and combat it at every turn. He pledges to aggressively investigate individuals who try to take advantage of the system and force the rates of honest consumers to rise. He also pledges to hold companies responsible and will do all he can to ensure that the bad players are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
